Onsite Manager

Location: Manufacturing Company in Central Israel

Role Overview:

• Manage all employees in the packaging department.
• Provide courteous and professional service to all packaging house clients.
• Oversee effective maintenance routines, including monitoring, analysis, planning, and supervision of all packaging and supply systems.
• Ensure smooth operations, high availability, and efficient functionality of the department's facilities.
• Uphold company safety and environmental standards and procedures.
• Operationally manage the packaging system based on daily and weekly sales plans, monitor performance metrics, and strive to achieve availability and production targets.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the department's business and production performance.

Requirements:

• Education: Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering degree – mandatory.
• At least 5 years of experience in a process-driven, manufacturing, or logistics facility – mandatory.
• Practical experience managing the maintenance of industrial facilities – mandatory.
• Proven experience managing teams and processes – mandatory.
