Production Technician

We are seeking a skilled Production Technician to join our medical device manufacturing team, specializing in optical products.

This role combines precision manufacturing with optical calibration expertise to produce high-quality medical devices.

Position Overview

As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for manufacturing and calibrating medical optical products, ensuring they meet exact specifications and quality standards.

This position requires attention to detail, technical precision, and adherence to strict medical device manufacturing protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture medical optical products according to established procedures and specifications
• Perform precise optical calibrations using specialized equipment
• Follow detailed work instructions and manufacturing protocols
• Maintain accurate documentation of production processes and calibration results
• Conduct quality checks throughout the manufacturing process
• Identify and report any quality issues or deviations
• Collaborate with quality control team to ensure product specifications are met

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in a technical field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in medical devices or optics
• Experience with precision measurement tools and calibration equipment
• Ability to read and follow technical documentation and procedures in English
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
• Manual dexterity and ability to handle delicate components
• High reading and writing skills in English
