רקיע מגייסת מנהל/ת פרויקטים מנוסה למשרה מלאה (החלפה לחופשת לידה) כדי לקדם יוזמות ושיתופי פעולה מרתקים בתחום החלל. 

על התפקיד: 

ניהול והובלה מקצועית של פרויקטים מגוונים בתחומים שונים, כולל פיתוח, בניית תקציב ועבודה צמודה עם שותפים עסקיים וספקים. התפקיד כולל קידום תחום החלל בתעשייה, בתרבות ובחינוך, לצד טיפוח שיתופי פעולה אסטרטגיים מקומיים ובינלאומיים. זו הזדמנות ייחודית לעצב ולהצמיח את אקוסיסטם החלל בישראל! 

אחריות התפקיד: 

• אפיון, פיתוח ותכנון של פרויקטים על כל היבטיהם 
• ניהול תוכן 
• בניית תכניות עבודה, גאנט ותקציב 
• ניהול צוותים וספקים חיצוניים להפקת הפרויקט 
• תיאום בין שותפים וקבלת החלטות בזמן אמת 
• ניהול תהליכי מדידת אימפקט לכל פעילות 

דרישות: 

• תואר אקדמי 
• ניסיון של 3 שנים ומעלה בניהול פרויקטים 
• יכולות ארגון וסדר יוצאות דופן 
• מיומנויות בין-אישיות חזקות עם יכולת להניע ולערב אנשים 
• שליטה באנגלית 
• תשוקה לחלל – יתרון משמעותי

We are looking for an experienced full-time Project Manager (maternity leave replacement) to drive exciting initiatives and partnerships in the field of space. 

About the Role: 

Managing and professionally leading diverse projects across various domains, including development, budgeting, and close collaboration with business partners and vendors. The role involves promoting the space sector in industry, culture, and education while fostering strategic local and international partnerships. This is a unique opportunity to shape and grow Israel’s space ecosystem! 

Responsibilities: 

• Define, develop, and plan all aspects of each project 
• Content management 
• Build work plans, Gantt charts, and budgets 
• Manage teams and external vendors to execute projects 
• Coordinate with partners and make real-time decisions 
• Oversee impact measurement processes for all activities 

Requirements: 

• Academic degree 
• At least 3+ years of proven experience in project management 
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills 
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and engage others 
• Proficiency in English 
• Passion for space is an advantage
