The Senior Business Developer will lead our sales efforts, concentrating on increasing our market reach and boosting revenue. We seek a candidate who is sharp, results-oriented, accountable, capable of taking ownership, intelligent, and holds a relevant degree. This role is crucial in building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring the effective deployment of our SaaS products, and supporting the overall growth strategy of AI Recruitment. The individual will oversee the entire process, ensuring thorough management and execution of sales strategies.

Core Responsibilities:

• Take ownership over the whole process, ensuring comprehensive management and execution of sales strategies.
• Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals independently, ensuring a seamless client experience.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets for our SaaS products.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in mass sales for SaaS products, preferably within the HR Tech sector.
• Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
• Excellent relationship-building capabilities.
• English and Hebrew fluent speaking required.
