The Role:

We’re looking for a PHP Team Lead to manage and mentor a team of talented developers. This is a hands-on role where you’ll guide the team, write great code, and deliver high-quality solutions. If you’re experienced with Laravel this could be the perfect next step in your career.

What You’ll Be Doing:

•   Leading and mentoring a team of 4 developers to deliver exceptional projects.

•   Developing and maintaining PHP/Laravel applications.

•   Reviewing code, offering feedback, and helping the team stick to best practices.

•   Collaborating with stakeholders to define and deliver features.

•   Troubleshooting, optimizing, and scaling systems for high-traffic sites.

•   Keeping up to date with the latest trends in PHP, Laravel, and web development.

What We’re Looking For:

•   5+ years of PHP experience with a strong focus on Laravel.

•   Experience leading or mentoring a team of developers.

•   Familiarity with Blade templates is a plus.

•   Strong grasp of MVC architecture, RESTful APIs, and web development fundamentals.

•   Solid understanding of front-end basics like React and JavaScript.

•   Experience with Git and modern workflows.

•   Someone who can problem-solve, communicate clearly, and collaborate effectively.
