Senior Data Analyst

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with strong technical expertise and a passion for analyzing and optimizing mobile app advertising performance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data analysis, A/B testing, and working with causality models to drive actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

• Identify improvement areas through data analysis, aligned with the company’s strategic vision and goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into business strategies.
• Define, conduct and analyze A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different product initiatives.
• Developing and monitor dashboards and reports that provide visibility into platform health, user behavior, and key usage trends for stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in data analysis with proven business impact – preferably in the mobile apps market.
• Strong expertise in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Matplotlib).
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests.
• Familiarity with causality models for identifying relationships in data.

Good to Have:

• Experience managing a team or mentoring junior analysts – strong advantage.
• Implemented linear and tree-based models for in-depth analysis.
• Strong story-telling and presentation skills
