Legal Advisor

We are seeking a talented and experienced Legal Advisor specializing in Intellectual Property and copyright to join our team and provide invaluable legal guidance to protect our games and assets. Part-time (80%) with potential to become full-time (100%)

Responsibilities:

• Intellectual Property Management: Advice on the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights related to our games, including trademarks and copyrights.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with intellectual property laws and industry standards.
• Copyright Protection: Draft and review agreements related to the creation, licensing, and use of copyrighted materials. Provide legal analysis and recommendations on potential copyright infringement issues.
• Contracts and Agreements: Collaborate with internal teams to draft and negotiate various contracts, including licensing agreements, development agreements, and publishing agreements.
• Ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks associated with contractual obligations.
• Legal Research and Updates: Stay informed about the latest developments in intellectual property law and gaming industry regulations.
• Conduct legal research to address specific issues and provide proactive legal advice to the company.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• 5 years of relevant experience, with a focus on intellectual property and copyrights
• Commercial knowledge and experience in a digital product' company - an advantage
• Previous experience as a legal advisor in a commercial company
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality
• Deep understanding of gaming culture and a passion for mobile games- Advantage
• High-level English- Must
