Marketing Manager- Temp

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute the bank’s marketing and growth strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans, strengthening brand positioning, fostering innovation, and designing and executing sales promotions that align with a long-term marketing strategy supporting the bank’s objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans.
• Strengthen brand positioning and drive innovation.
• Design and execute sales promotions that align with the bank’s marketing strategy.
• Create relevant partnerships and build innovative marketing processes.
  
  

• Proven experience of at least 5-7 years in senior marketing roles, exclusively in the B2C domain.
• Preference for candidates from the communication or financial sectors – Must.
• Understanding of market trends, digital platforms, and banking products – Must.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data for marketing decision-making – Must.
• Experience in leading marketing teams and managing large budgets – Must.
• Relevant academic background (Marketing, Business Administration, Economics). A Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Hebrew and English.
