Delivery Excellence Leader

We are looking for a passionate Delivery Excellence Leader to join the Delivery Excellence Unit within a leading financial institution Technology Division. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving transformation and change across the division, focusing on Agile methodologies (Scaled Agile) and tribal work configurations.

As a Delivery Excellence Leader, you will lead initiatives to enhance performance, productivity, and delivery processes. You'll work with cutting-edge tools, automation, and technologies (Cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, AI, etc.) to modernize our core systems, implement new infrastructures, and position the organization for future growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the transformation and change processes in the Technology Division.
• Collaborate with tribal teams to achieve goals, improve performance, and accelerate delivery.
• Analyze and improve technological processes, focusing on adopting and implementing advanced tools, automation, and modern methodologies.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, obstacles, and bureaucratic processes, working with relevant stakeholders to overcome challenges.
• Implement management models and routines in tribal teams to facilitate decision-making, monitoring, and continuous improvement using metrics and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management – a significant advantage (especially with a specialization in Information Systems).
• Proven experience in implementing processes in an Agile technological environment.
• Strong technological orientation and familiarity with tools such as Cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, and automation.
• Familiarity with the banking industry – an advantage.
• A strong desire to lead change and make a meaningful organizational impact.
• Assertiveness with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders, including managers and partners.
• Systemic and process-oriented thinking.
• Strong organizational skills, quick learning ability, high responsibility, and independence.
