B2C Senior Product Designer

Hi. We’re Amp. And we’ll get straight to the point: we’re building the next evolution of interactive fitness. We’re a group of tech-obsessed fitness fanatics who realized that, just maybe, people should actually enjoy their workouts. So, we started designing. From the ground up. And we think we’ve come up with something that’s going to completely change the game. Our designers come from Apple and Twitter. Our product people from Facebook, Apple, Lumo, Athos, and Playtika. Hardware and software engineers at the top of their fields. And they’re all working together to help you get results and work out in a way that’s going to keep you engaged, progressing, and enjoying the process. Responsibilities:

• Rapidly create impactful and elegant solutions to problems while maintaining the highest visual standards.
• Solve complex UX challenges, transforming them into simple, user-friendly experiences.
• Take full ownership of your work cycle, from early prototypes to final pixel-perfect implementation.
• Partner with Product Managers and UX Researchers to ensure a polished and delightful user experience in our product.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of designs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep our product at the forefront of design innovation.
• Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides, design systems, and interaction patterns.
• Present and communicate design concepts and solutions effectively to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and improve designs.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing digital products, with a proven track record of impacting B2C mobile apps.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your abilities - Please submit it with your CV.
• Experience working on consumer-facing tech products.
• Proven experience designing delightful, polished, high-end, pixel-perfect experiences.
• A deep understanding of mobile design conventions, usability, and user experience principles.
• Ability to oversee projects from start to finish
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems.
• Strong aesthetic and visual skills.
• An uncompromising passion for great design and curiosity about the latest trends in the field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Bachelor's degree in visual communication, HCI, interaction design, or equivalent experience.
• A desire to make the world a better place through technology and fitness.
