C++ Team Lead

Solargik is looking for a dynamic and experienced C++ Team Lead to manage our talented development team. In this role you will oversee the design, development, and enhance high-performance software & firmware applications. What will YOU do?

• Leading a team of developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
• Utilizing your expertise in C++ to facilitate complex problem-solving and code reviews. Ensuring best practices in software development and promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Overseeing product planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers and product managers, to define project requirements and achieve project goals and timelines.

What will YOU bring with you?

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a
• related field.
• 3+ years of experience in modern C++ standards (C++11 and beyond).
• Proven experience in team management and leadership within a software development environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
