תיאור תפקיד:

ביצוע עבודות הרכבה מדויקות ועדינות של מכשור רפואי, הכוללות שימוש בכלים ייעודיים וביצוע משימות בחדר נקי בהתאם לדרישות התקן. העבודה דורשת ריכוז גבוה, דיוק, ושמירה על סטנדרטים גבוהים של איכות ובטיחות.

דרישות סף:

·        ניסיון מקצועי:

o      רקע בעבודות הרכבה מדויקות ועדינות, עם עדיפות לניסיון בתעשיית המכשור הרפואי.

o      ניסיון בעבודות ידניות הכוללות תפירה, חוטים עדינים או חומרים גמישים אחרים.

o      היכרות עם עבודה בסביבה מבוקרת או בחדרים נקיים (Clean Room).

·        כישורים טכניים:

o      יכולת עבודה עם כלי עבודה ידניים ומדויקים.

o      קריאת שרטוטים טכניים והבנת הוראות עבודה.

·        כישורים אישיים:

o      דיוק וסבלנות גבוהה בעבודה.

o      אחריות אישית ויכולת עבודה עצמאית.

o      עבודה בצוות ושיתוף פעולה עם גורמים שונים בארגון.

·        כישורי שפה:

o      עברית ברמה גבוהה, אנגלית בסיסית (להבנת הוראות יצרן).

·        דרישות נוספות:

o      נכונות לעבודה במשמרות או שעות נוספות לפי הצורך.

o      בריאות תקינה לעמידה בדרישות עבודה בסביבה מבוקרת (כגון לבישת ציוד מגן והימנעות ממזהמים).

יתרונות:

ניסיון קודם בחברת מכשור רפואי או בתחום הבריאות.

היכרות עם תקני ISO 13485 או עבודה לפי הנחיות GMP.

ידע נוסף בתחומים טכניים (אלקטרוניקה, מכניקה).

Production Assembly Technician

Job Description:

Performing precise and delicate assembly work of medical devices, including the use of specialized tools and carrying out tasks in a clean room in accordance with standard requirements. The job requires high concentration, precision, and adherence to high standards of quality and safety.

Basic Requirements:

• Professional Experience:
• o Background in precise and delicate assembly work, with preference for experience in the medical device industry.
• o Experience in manual work including sewing, fine threads, or other flexible materials.
• o Familiarity with working in a controlled environment or clean rooms.
• Technical Skills:
• o Ability to work with manual and precise tools.
• o Reading technical drawings and understanding work instructions.
• Personal Skills:
• o High precision and patience in work.
• o Personal responsibility and ability to work independently.
• o Teamwork and collaboration with various factors in the organization.
• Language Skills:
• o High level of Hebrew, basic English (for understanding manufacturer instructions).
• Additional Requirements:
• o Willingness to work shifts or overtime as needed.
• o Good health to meet the requirements of working in a controlled environment (such as wearing protective equipment and avoiding contaminants).

Advantages:

• Previous experience in a medical device company or in the healthcare field.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485 standards or working according to GMP guidelines.
• Additional knowledge in technical fields (electronics, mechanics).
