Who We’re Looking For:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Analyst to support customers on their cloud journey by performing cost control and cost optimization processes. This role combines expertise in Financial Analysis, Cloud Cost Management, and Customer Success. We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated individual who’s passionate about helping organizations save money.

What You’ll Be Spending Your Time On:

• Providing cost management and cost optimization to help customers achieve cloud efficiency.
• Performing ad-hoc financial analyses to support business decisions.
• Managing cloud operations, including onboarding new cloud customers from operational, technical, and financial perspectives.
• Overseeing the invoice-issuing process for clients.
• Supporting business and financial planning activities, budgeting, and internal customer requests.

Have You Done This Kind of Stuff?

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to self-learn.
• Understanding of Cloud Cost Optimization Strategies and related tools.
• Ability to comprehend cloud environments and technical optimization approaches.
• Excellent English skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with customers.
• Technical background – an advantage.
• AWS Practitioner Certificate – an advantage.
• A team player with a can-do attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work independently.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in both technical and non-technical contexts.
