Payment Analyst

We're Hiring: Payment Analyst at PayBox! (6-Month Temporary Position)

We're looking for a talented Payment Analyst to join PayBox. In this role, you'll play a key part in analyzing, improving, and overseeing our payment processes while enhancing the user experience and ensuring the seamless operation of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze data and processes related to payment activities in the app, including money transfers, business payments, and other financial services.

Identify trends and insights to improve existing processes and propose innovative solutions.

Monitor payment data to detect anomalies and support security and fraud teams.

Collaborate with product, development, and operations teams to optimize payment processes and create the best user experience.

Prepare reports and presentations for management on payment system performance and business insights.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering and Management, or related areas).

1-3 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in finance or fintech.

Strong proficiency in Excel and BI tools (e.g., Sisense, Tableau, or Power BI).

Exceptional analytical skills and sharp business acumen.

Team player with great attention to detail.

Advantages:
