Senior Salesforce Engineer

We are looking for a talented, experienced, and highly technical Senior Salesforce Engineer to join our Salesforce Tech Team. The Salesforce team is part of the Applications & Integrations Group - globally responsible for business applications and cross organizational integrations, ensuring the delivery of innovative high-quality solutions to meet business and operational needs. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, curious, and possess a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities and Systems in the ecosystem, a team player and people person that following best practices is in his DNA.

What you’ll be spending your time on: 

• Design, build, and optimize complex Salesforce automation solutions using Flows, including screen flows, record-triggered flows, and scheduled flows.
• Migrate existing automations from Workflow Rules and Process Builder to Flows, ensuring efficiency, maintainability, and scalability.
• Explore new Salesforce Features and business applications in the ecosystem to meet our goals.
• Introduce new Einstein capabilities in the Sales and Experience Clouds
• Create Process documentation and architecture to make sure knowledge is shared across our teams.
• Take an active role in project discussions and planning to make sure the solution designed is the correct one, scalable and easy to maintain.
• Take part in managing and maintaining 3rd party systems integrating with our Salesforce
• Proactively identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within Salesforce
  
  

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce technical role (Developer/Implementor) in a technical Salesforce team.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Flows, including screen flows and record-triggered Flows - MUST.
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model, showcasing expertise acquired through hands-on experience with complex Salesforce projects.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, with a focus on Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud, including customizations, integrations, and best practices.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of Salesforce and technology.
• Experience in cleanup projects like moving from WF and PB to Flow, consolidating profiles and Fields/Objects cleanup.
• Hands on experience with Lightning page, dynamic forms and other Page/App Builder tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to small details.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in Hebrew and English, with the ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
  
  

• Hands On experience with tools like Gearset, Azure DevOps, OwnBackup, DocuSign, Docomotion, FormAssembly, Varonis.
• Familiarity with Event Monitoring and Einstein
• Familiarity with Git, Version Control, CI/CD processes and Scrum methodology
• Knowledge of QA processes and test methodologies.
