Bookkeeper

SAM is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper who is a highly motivated, responsible person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our growing finance team as the first in-house bookkeeper. Job Description:

• The experienced bookkeeper will be responsible for all financials and accounting aspects up to the trial balance.
• Responsible for monthly closes, including recording accruals and prepaid expenses
• Bank reconciliations, credit cards reconciliations, and invoice recording
• Managing payments to vendors
• Monthly reporting to institutions and tax authorities
• New employee onboarding and leaving employee processes
• Administering monthly payroll with outsourced payroll-controller.
• Recording employee travels and expense reports

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in accounts payable accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll in High-Tech companies, Startup experience is a plus
• Bookkeeper type 1+2- must, type 3- advantage
• Experience working in MS Excel and Netsuite - must
• High level of English - must
• Payroll specialist diploma - must
• Team player with a can-do attitude
• Ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure
