Junior Account Manager for Partners and B2B Sales (Phone/ Zoom-Based) - Netanya
We're looking for a Junior Sales Account Manager to handle partner management and B2B phone-based sales from our office in Netanya, conveniently located next to Sapir train station.

What’s the Role?
This is a phone-based sales position that focuses on:
B2B Sales for SMBs and SOHOs: Managing and expanding a portfolio of small and medium business clients (SMBs) and home office businesses (SOHOs) in the Israeli market.
Partner Management: Recruiting and managing business partners (e.g., software companies, website builders, or fintech providers).
Customer Engagement: Handling incoming leads, building strong relationships with customers and partners, and closing deals.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Phone-Based / Zoom-Based Sales to SMBs and SOHOs: Engaging directly with small and medium-sized businesses (Israeli market, Hebrew-speaking) to sell payment solutions, process inquiries, and close agreements.
- Recruiting New Partners: Identifying and onboarding business partners, such as software companies, website developers, and fintech providers.
- Managing Incoming Leads: Responding to partner-generated inquiries and managing the entire sales process, from initial contact to signed agreements.
- Building Long-Term Relationships: Developing profitable partnerships and collaborating on joint marketing campaigns to expand activities.
What the Job Includes
80% Office-Based Work: Conducting phone calls, managing email communications, and engaging via WhatsApp.
10% Online Meetings: Conducting virtual meetings with partners via Zoom.
10% In-Person Meetings: Occasionally meeting with partners or customers for specific projects.

What We Offer
Competitive Compensation:
Experienced team members often reach 15,000–16,000 ILS by Month 6.
After Month 4: Average salaries start at 14,000 ILS.
Salary guarantee for the first 3 months: 10,000 ILS (based on experience).

Requirements
- Experience in B2B phone-based sales – a plus.
- Ability and willingness to work in an office-based role (no field sales).
- Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow.
- Fluent in Hebrew, with a focus on the Israeli market.
