Director of Product Management

Co-founded by Dedi Gilad and Ofer Tzadik in 2012, TytoCare has FDA and CE clearances and partners with over 220 major health systems, health plans, and strategic partners in the U.S., Europe, Asia, Latin America, and Israel.

We are looking for a Director of Product Management to lead a new strategic product at the core of our path to success. In this leading position at TytoCare, you will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact and revolutionize the way healthcare is delivered at home!

In this role you can expect to:

• Lead, create and launch market-leading healthcare product, aimed to expand Tyto offering value for longitudinal care as core component of the home smart clinic vision.
• Develop product strategy and roadmap, focusing on how TytoCare can increase its presence in households to serve the healthcare needs of entire families, and expand into additional health conditions segments.
• Explore new clinical use cases, and understand how they improve clinical outcomes and create ROI
• Design solutions, analyze usage and engagement, work with clinicians and leverage leading behavioral models to plan and design features and user experience
• Lead product processes and work with R&D in an agile framework
• Own the product lifecycle from A to Z, working closely with designers, R&D, product marketing, business teams, customer success, and BI analysts.

You may be a good fit for our team if you have:

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management roles (inbound & outbound) - must
• 5+ years of experience in the digital health/medical device industry – must
• Experience in managing a SAAS-based consumer-facing web & mobile app products
• Strong analytical skills and technical understanding
• Experience with Agile development and methodologies
• Working-in-A-team spirit, cooperating with other team members
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• BSc or equivalent work experience
