GeoX is at the forefront of leveraging advanced AI technologies, including computer vision, to automate the extraction of 3D objects and other property features from aerial imagery. Our innovative approach enables us to build national-scale property databases, providing detailed insights and facilitating data-driven decision-making.

GeoX's offerings include one-click insurance quotes and a SaaS platform showcasing extensive property data databases, developed with our proprietary AI models in close collaboration with our in-house AI team. GeoX has also contributed to global humanitarian initiatives and supplied data for Apple Maps, now used daily worldwide.

As our organization grows, we seek an experienced Project Manager to lead our data production projects. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in managing complex projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality deliverables on time.

Responsibilities:

• Project & Timeline Management: Oversee data production timelines and tasks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Documentation & Guidelines: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for both projects and products. Establish and update production guidelines to ensure consistency and quality throughout the project lifecycle.Manage various stakeholders: Coordinate the data production among internal and external stakeholders, business units and clients.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data by identifying and correcting errors. Design and implement QA tests to validate the integrity of datasets.
• Client Relations: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients. Facilitate clear and effective communication to understand client requirements thoroughly. Ensure clients are well-informed about our capabilities and the specific deliverables they can expect.
• Subcontractor Management: Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of their tasks and maintain alignment with project timelines and goals.
• Research & define new features: Develop new features and types of data based on client needs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in data-related or AI-driven environments.
• Excel & Data Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of Excel and data handling.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Strong management, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in written and verbal English.
• Excellent management and communication skills.
• High proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
