We’re looking for a motivated, results-driven Account Manager with hands-on experience in search arbitrage. If you're eager to grow your career in the online marketing industry, have a "can-do" attitude — we want to talk to you!
Responsibilities:- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, acting as the face of the company in all business and operational matters.
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance daily to achieve the best results for our clients.
- Identify new business opportunities with existing clients and propose areas for improvement to meet monthly KPIs.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with client needs and objectives.
- Clearly communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze search arbitrage data from various sources to gather critical insights and continuously improve ROI through optimization and scaling.
- Develop and execute search arbitrage strategies to drive high-value traffic and enhance user acquisition performance.
- 1+ years of experience in search arbitrage at digital agencies or ad tech companies (mandatory).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A “hunter” mindset—always looking for new opportunities to grow client accounts and add value.
- A deep understanding of customer success and the ability to maintain long-term business relationships with international clients.
- The ability to present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including C-level executives.
- Proven experience juggling multiple accounts and projects while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong listening, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
