At least 4 years’ experience in a similar position, in the hi-tech environment.
Experience in the following topics is a must:
Windows Operating systems, macOS, and troubleshooting, laptops and devices.
Application support for Office 365, Microsoft MFA, Intune.
Managing users in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Exchange, Teams.
Familiarity with Networking TCP/IP protocols, IP addresses, subnetting, VLANs, and routing. Knowledge of Cisco Wi-Fi.
Familiarity with VMware vSphere v8.
Teams room troubleshooting skills.
Working with Suppliers.
Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance on-site and remotely.
Onboarding new employees: equipment, laptop, software, and permissions.
Provisioning IT equipment to staff and maintain inventory asset records.
Supporting staff with software, permissions, and hardware issues.
Assisting Networking, Systems, and Infosec teams with troubleshooting.
Perform remote troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques.
Walk the customer through the problem-solving process.
Follow up and update ticket status and provide information to the customer.
Assist with other duties and special projects as directed by the manager.

Advantage:

Networking and security – Cisco, Cyber Soc, EDR.
NAC system (Cisco ISE is preferred).
Basic knowledge in Enterprise Apps such as: Salesforce, Priority, SharePoint 365, ManageEngine, Monday, TeamViewer, Zoom, ESET, EPM, 3rd Party software.
Knowledge of writing procedures for technologies.
