Mobile Group Manager

A startup company developing groundbreaking AI and Machine Learning-based technology that enables development teams to integrate accessibility into websites and mobile apps from the early stages of development. The company is based in Tel Aviv near a train station, employs 100 people, and offers a hybrid work model.

Role Overview-

The position involves managing a global team of 20–30 employees who develop innovative SDKs and advanced infrastructure tools for the company’s clients. This role combines deep technological expertise with high-level management and business skills. It includes collaboration with large

enterprise clients, leading development strategies, and driving continuous improvements in processes and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities-

• Managing a global team of developers and QA engineers, overseeing the creation of advanced tools for accessibility.
• Collaborating with enterprise clients to ensure their requirements are met effectively.
• Leading the team’s development strategies and implementing best practices to maintain cutting-edge solutions.
• Enhancing processes and methodologies to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience managing Mobile teams – mandatory (experience as a director or VP in a startup company is an advantage).
• Experience with SDK development – mandatory.
• Proven experience managing teams of 15+ people, including several team leads – mandatory.
• Background in startup or SaaS companies.
• Strong experience in architecture design – mandatory.
