Canditech is a rapidly growing startup in the booming HR-tech industry, with the vision of a world without resumes. In a very short time, we have developed a world-leading SaaS platform, are working with market leaders world-wide, and closed a meaningful fundraising round led by Insight Partners.
We are seeking a highly experienced sales professional for the exciting opportunity to join Canditech just before we skyrocket, and grow with us!
Key Responsibilities:
- Pipeline Development: Proactively build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by nurturing inbound leads generated from marketing efforts, and identifying new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building.
- Closing Deals: Drive the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting to contract negotiation and deal closure, ensuring that targets are met or exceeded.
- Sales Strategy: Contribute to the development and refinement of the sales process and strategies. Identify best practices and develop new ways to improve inbound and outbound activity.
- Account Growth: Manage and grow relationships with existing customers, exploring upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Market Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and the overall SaaS and HR-tech landscape to provide insightful feedback to internal teams and help position our solution effectively.
What we'd like you to have:
- 4+ years of quota carrying experience in a B2B SaaS company.
- Experience negotiating contracts in a B2B SaaS company.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion to work in a startup environment.
