We're seeking a Help Desk Engineer to join our IT team in Tel Aviv
What will you do?
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Maintain and support PCs, printers, and peripherals.
- Perform hardware/software installations, upgrades, and configurations.
- Track software licenses and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with teams to improve IT efficiency and document processes.
- Collaborating with the global Corp IT team
- What will I bring?
- 2+ years of IT support or Help Desk experience in a high-tech or startup company.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in teams.
- Command of English, with excellent communication and organizational skills, fostering clear documentation and efficient collaboration in diverse teams.
- Experience with Microsoft Office365, Jira, and MDM tools (Workspace ONE, Meraki).
- Experience with Active Directory, including user and group management
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on both Windows and Mac laptops, ensuring minimal downtime and high user satisfaction.
- understanding of corporate cybersecurity best practices, actively promoting security awareness and ensuring the protection of organizational data through policy enforcement and training.
