We're seeking a Help Desk Engineer to join our IT team in Tel Aviv

What will you do?

Serve as the first point of contact for IT support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Maintain and support PCs, printers, and peripherals.
Perform hardware/software installations, upgrades, and configurations.
Track software licenses and ensure compliance.
Collaborate with teams to improve IT efficiency and document processes.
Collaborating with the global Corp IT team
What will I bring?
2+ years of IT support or Help Desk experience in a high-tech or startup company.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in teams.
Command of English, with excellent communication and organizational skills, fostering clear documentation and efficient collaboration in diverse teams.
Experience with Microsoft Office365, Jira, and MDM tools (Workspace ONE, Meraki).
Experience with Active Directory, including user and group management
Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on both Windows and Mac laptops, ensuring minimal downtime and high user satisfaction.
understanding of corporate cybersecurity best practices, actively promoting security awareness and ensuring the protection of organizational data through policy enforcement and training.
