System Integration Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented System Integration Engineer to join our radar development projects in the aerospace sector. This role includes defining hardware requirements, providing engineering support, leading integration and testing efforts, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define system hardware requirements and create comprehensive requirement documents.
• Provide engineering support during the development stages.
• Lead and conduct tests at various levels, including LRU (Line Replaceable Unit) and full system hardware and software tests.
• Perform system integration locally and internationally, including delivering systems and supporting customers.
• Manage matrix collaboration across disciplines such as hardware, software, signal processing, and system engineering.
• Coordinate and maintain professional interfaces with subcontractors, both internal and external.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Software, or a related field – Mandatory.
• Experience:
• Hands-on experience with complex hardware systems as a system/integration engineer – Mandatory.
• Experience in developing or supporting the development of electronic systems – Advantage.
• Experience in system-level and inter-system testing – Advantage.
• Technical expertise in radar systems – Significant advantage.
• Experience with radar or complex electronic systems in the aerospace industry – Advantage.
• Skills:
• Strong technical skills with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills for cross-disciplinary collaboration.
• Other Requirements:
• Willingness to travel abroad and perform integration work in laboratories and field environments as needed.
