Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Information Systems Implementer to join the IT department of a leading manufacturing company in Israel. This is a full-time position with great potential for growth.

• A fantastic opportunity for recent graduates with little to no experience to join a professional IT implementation team in a leading industrial company.
• Be part of a talented and professional team supporting diverse systems tailored to the company’s needs.
• Support business processes and users in departments such as logistics, production planning, quality, R&D, and more.
• Work with ERP systems in logistics and planning modules, WMS, shipments, and beyond.
• Manage and implement new solutions as part of the organizational ERP replacement project.
• Write detailed and structured functional specifications while striving for stable and effective solutions.
• Design and support integrations with other systems like MES, Microsoft 365, BI tools, and more.
• Collaborate with other teams within the IT department, including development, infrastructure, helpdesk, and other application teams.
• Manage and lead IT suppliers for system services and support.
• Utilize a ticket management system and lead the team to high service awareness while meeting SLA standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Engineering or Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Information Systems from a university only – mandatory.
• Up to 2 years of experience in implementing information systems – mandatory.
• Proficiency in SQL – mandatory.
• High-level English proficiency – mandatory.
• Knowledge in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain – an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Diligence, self-motivation, and a passion for learning.
• Willingness to invest time and effort, including overtime when needed.
