Privacy and Technology Attorney

We are looking for an Attorney who you will be responsible for overseeing privacy protection as a member of the legal advisory team specializing in technology and privacy.

Responsibilities

Providing ongoing legal advice to colleagues and internal clients on matters of information management and privacy, in compliance with both Israeli and international laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Offering legal support for technological projects, including cloud computing and privacy protection initiatives.

Maintaining and managing professional knowledge in the field, including drafting policy documents, position papers, and procedures.

Monitoring legal developments, case law, and new regulations related to privacy both locally and globally.

Developing and delivering professional training sessions on privacy topics for colleagues and relevant organizational stakeholders.

Supporting technological procurement processes, with an emphasis on cloud computing and AI-based projects.

Drafting commercial agreements and leading legal negotiations in the realms of technology and privacy.

Implementing organizational changes stemming from regulatory developments in organizational documents.

Qualifications

• LL.B. degree in law and an Israeli attorney's license.
• At least 3 years of legal advisory experience, with proven expertise in relevant fields.
• Comprehensive knowledge and deep understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and international privacy laws.
• Familiarity with up-to-date case law and legislation in the fields of privacy and technology.
• Proven ability to share knowledge, train, and mentor colleagues.
• Strong project and task management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, superior legal analysis abilities, and problem-solving capability.
• High-level proficiency in English (writing and speaking).
