The Role

We are seeking a self-starter Channel Manager / Account Manager to join our team.

This individual will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our partners and manage key accounts within our product offerings.  The ideal candidate will have strong business and technical acumen, along with experience in building and nurturing partnerships, specifically in OEM, ISV and embedded solutions with global technology partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively manage relationships with our channel partners, identifying opportunities for expansion and driving strategic outreach to maximize partner and account growth.
• Identify new opportunities in the partner network by leveraging market insights.
• Manage partner success by reducing churn, ensuring channel partners are fully supported and aligned with company objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Analyze performance to ensure goals are met, share reporting to upper management.
• Provide support & training to enhance partner’s ability to sell and deliver.
• Track industry trends and market changes to adjust strategies accordingly.

Your Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in Channel Management / Account Management / Partnership Management, proficient at building and nurturing partner relationships.
• Experience with OEM, ISV and embedded solutions with global technology partners.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with an experience in managing multiple projects
• Strategic and analytical, with ability to analyze data and extract relevant insights.
• Self starter, quick learner.
• Experience in SaaS – Must.
• Familiarity with Digital Health, AI – A big advantage.
• B.A/MBA degree or relevant work experience.
• Communicate fluently in English and Hebrew; other languages are a big plus.
