The Role:

We are seeking an experienced VP Product to join our leadership team.  

This role is critical to driving the development and execution of the product strategy across our organization. The VP of Product will define, build, and scale SAAS PLG based products that impact patient engagement and healthcare on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategy aimed at increasing adoption, conversion, and retention for our SaaS products.

• Lead the execution of the product roadmap, collaborating with various teams.

• Utilize data analytics to inform product decisions, performance, and drive growth.

• Influence company’s go-to-market, adapting products based on market feedback.

• Implement processes that promote efficiency, scalability across product operations.

• Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to internal teams, external stakeholders, prospects, and customers.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in product management – experience in SAAS products, PLG oriented.

• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.

• Experience with designing web-based platforms, including management tools, procurement, billing, and support processes. Familiarity in React is a big advantage.

• Experience in data analysis and extract insights (A/B testing, other usability tests)

• Past experience in initiating and grow B2B products successfully.

• Big Advantage: experience in Digital Health, Payments, SAAS

• Past experience in development – advantage

• Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and highly motivated.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent work experience.
