Solutions Engineer - Telemetry

We are looking for an experienced Solutions Engineer in the field of Telemetry, Tracking & Control, and Line of Sight. This role involves collaborating with a dynamic sales team, managing technological projects, and leading complex technical proposal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer requirements and tailor personalized solutions.
• Lead and manage the preparation of technical proposals, including specifications, diagrams, and planning documents.
• Collaborate with technology experts, external partners, and internal teams.
• Represent the company in technical and business discussions with clients.
• Develop proposal processes and templates for existing and future products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or a relevant field, with proven experience in complex systems.
• At least 5 years of experience in Pre-Sales or Product Management processes for multidisciplinary systems (electronics, software, RF, and mechanics).
• Strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and outstanding writing skills in English and Hebrew.
• Advantage: Previous experience in system engineering for multidisciplinary systems.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
