Pedagogical Project Coordinator

TALMA – The Israel Program for Excellence in English – is a pioneering nonprofit transforming English language education in Israel. We are seeking a Pedagogical Project Coordinator for a maternity leave position to join our dynamic team.

This role has two main responsibilities:

1️⃣ Managing and leading pedagogical projects, including courses and programs.

2️⃣ Providing consultation and developing pedagogical content to support the team’s initiatives.

• Lead and manage pedagogical projects, including documentation and course coordination.
• Maintain and organize communication with partners across various projects.
• Oversee the assessment and measurement of TALMA programs, including teacher performance and student progress.
• Create and edit English course curricula for learners at different proficiency levels.
• Conduct teacher observations and provide constructive feedback.
• Train teachers as needed for TALMA programs.

• Fluent Hebrew speaker (native level).
• Proficient in English (minimum B2+ in all language skills).
• Familiarity with the Israeli education system.
• Degree in education or relevant training for teaching English as a second language.
• Minimum of 2 years of full-time teaching experience.
• Experience in developing study programs and lesson plans.
• Knowledge of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Canva.

• Experience teaching adults.
• Experience in teacher training or tutoring.
• Business orientation or experience (an advantage).
