Backend Developer for iGaming startup (Equity)

Our startup is on a mission to create the next generation of online casino games experiences, making games more fun, fair, and engaging for players worldwide. We aim to become one of the leading B2B software game providers within the next 5 years.

We are looking for a Backend Developer (Full Stack is also an option) to join and grow with us.

Please note: At this stage, none of us will be receiving a salary (only equity) until the company begins generating revenue (and a lot of it). At that point, we will be able to pay salaries.

The work process will be aligned with industry standards, using the best technologies, and can be tailored to your preferences and previous experience. We embrace diverse ideas and perspectives, and you’ll play a key role in decision-making and architecture.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science.
• Experience in backend development.
• Experience with .NET Core.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in the iGaming casino industry (a plus).
• Experience with Unity (a plus).
• Ability to work in a hybrid model, both remotely and on-site in central Israel.
