An Office and Operations Manager plays a crucial role in shaping and maintaining our company culture across our global team.
The ideal candidate should be an experienced office manager, preferably with a background in the tech or VC industries and experience working with global teams. Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional attention to detail are essential. Additional knowledge in office management, employee experience, operations, accounting, and legal matters is highly desirable. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing startup at its early stages, contributing to and overseeing the foundation of our office operations.
This is an on-site position located in Tel Aviv.

Responsibilities
- Organize and manage daily activities in our Tel Aviv office, including maintenance, running errands, ordering equipment, coordinating special events, and fostering a positive social atmosphere within the office.
- Support the Miami office in collaboration with our executive assistant by handling small routines. Although most tasks are managed by the Industrious building, responsibilities include ordering equipment, coordinating special events, and maintaining smooth communication with the team.
- Proactively support employee welfare on-site and remotely, developing initiatives to maintain a fun, inclusive, and engaging work environment across locations in Israel, the US, Spain, and the Philippines.
- Collaborate with HR to streamline onboarding processes and ensure company policies are up-to-date.
- Manage inventory and procurement to ensure all teams have the necessary tools and supplies.
- Oversee Waltz accounting in collaboration with external partners in Israel and the US, ensuring timely and accurate financial processes.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for employees and teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative positions, preferably in startups or VCs.
- Experience collaborating with accountants or external law firms.
- Confidence in delivering accurate, detail-oriented work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proactive and self-sufficient, with the ability to contribute independently in a team setting.
- Exceptional people skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with a global team.
- Fluency in English is a must.
