Back End Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Backend Engineer to join our dynamic team in developing and maintaining our cutting-edge SaaS B2B platform. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing backend systems that power our scalable and robust applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure backend services using Python
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Optimize application performance and scalability
• Implement and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying and implementing new technologies and best practices

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in backend development using Python
• Strong proficiency in Python and related frameworks
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Solid understanding of database technologies
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
• Leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in B2B SaaS environments
• Knowledge of security best practices and data protection regulations
• Familiarity with message queuing systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka)
• Experience with performance monitoring and optimization tools
