An established company in the field of satellite and inertial navigation

systems, specializing in simulators for satellite navigation and navigation

warfare, is seeking to add to its ranks a particularly talented electrical and

electronics Engineer for technical support!

Areas of Responsibility:

 Training, implementation, and support

 Diagnosis and troubleshooting

 Project management

 Strengthening customer relationships

 Improving customer satisfaction with the company's service and product

 Mediation between represented manufacturers and customers,

improving communication between them

 Ongoing management and monitoring of issue resolution

 Identifying needs and assisting in requirements definition

Requirements:

 Personal connections with end-users, systems engineers, project

managers, technical, logistical, and other stakeholders in the industry

and defense system.

 Ability to diagnose and solve basic problems, and communicate

diagnoses to manufacturers abroad.

 Accompanying the manufacturer in managing technical responses to the

customer before and after the sale.

 Subject matter expertise - continuous updates on technology and

requirements.

Required Skills:

 Engineer or technician in electronics. Background in navigation and

control systems - an advantage.

 Practical experience in developing, integrating, and testing electronic

systems. RF - an advantage.

 Familiarity with software in Windows, Linux, and real-time operating

systems environments. Programming experience is a plus. Knowledge of

networks is an advantage.

 Good background and familiarity with the Israel defense industry - an

advantage.

 Background and experience in navigation systems, UAVs,

communication, in the industry or military - an advantage.

 High interpersonal communication skills, written and verbal, in Hebrew

and English.

 The role involves significant communication with companies both

domestically and abroad, and travel within the country and abroad.

 Energy, initiative, independent and effective thinking and execution,

ability to integrate and contribute within a multinational team.

 Integrity and responsibility, order and organization.

 Familiarity with MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

 Hebrew and English - reading, writing, and speaking.

 Security clearance - required.

 Driver's license.
