GurMob works mostly on a performance-based model with leading brands, achieving various goals with great results.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-oriented and strategic Senior Business Development/ Senior Client Relationship Manager. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, secure high-value clients, and nurture lasting relationships with top app brands. Your role will combine driving new sales and managing client accounts to ensure their ongoing success with our marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Business Development:
-Identify and research new app brands and businesses that align with our in-app marketing solutions.
-Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to generate leads and secure new clients.
-Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing contracts with potential partners.
2) Account Management:
-Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and campaigns deliver value.
-Foster long-term relationships with key decision-makers, driving client satisfaction and retention.
-Proactively identify upsell opportunities and expand existing client partnerships.
3) Industry Representation:
Represent Gurmob at industry conferences, and networking events to build the company’s profile and establish relationships with potential clients.
4)Strategic Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams (e.g., campaign managers, analysts, and creatives) to align solutions with client goals.
Required Skills & Experience:
-2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within the mobile app or ad-tech industries.
-Proven track record of driving revenue growth through acquiring and retaining high-value clients.
-Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
-Exceptional relationship-building abilities with senior executives and decision-makers.
-Experience in representing a company at international industry conferences or events.
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage both new sales pipelines and ongoing client accounts.
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience in performance marketing, and user acquisition.
-Familiarity with analytics platforms and campaign tracking tools (e.g. Appsflyer, Adjust).
-A strong professional network within the mobile app or tech industry.
