Project Management Officer

PMO & Scrum Master

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced PMO & Master Scrum to join our team and take on a critical role in managing and overseeing large-scale, complex projects. If you have a passion for technology, leadership, and working with diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Master Scrum activities with heterogeneous Scrum teams, while also working hands-on with DevOps tools (Azure ALM).
• Oversee team integration, task management, delivery plans, features, user stories, and sprint/PI planning.
• Identify and resolve project roadblocks to ensure smooth progress.
• Report to management and present regular updates on sprint progress, highlighting any flags or risks.
• Prepare and present detailed progress reports and presentations as needed.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven technical background in systems analysis, including writing High-Level Design (HLD) documents.
• At least two years of hands-on experience as a Master Scrum in Agile environments.
• Previous experience in vendor management and delivering results based on key outputs.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Technical background in integration processes and interfaces.
• Experience with SAP is an advantage.
