Cybersecurity Department Manager

Menora Mivtachim, one of the leading financial groups in Israel, is hiring a Cybersecurity Department Manager to protect the organization’s sensitive assets, including information and systems, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies and programs.

• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI-DSS).

• Conducting risk assessments and designing mitigation plans.

• Collaborating with stakeholders to align security measures with the organization’s goals.

• Managing and resolving cybersecurity incidents effectively.

• Leading and mentoring a team of cybersecurity experts.

• Staying updated on emerging cybersecurity threats and technologies.

• Managing relationships with external vendors and auditors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (advanced degree preferred).

• Certifications such as CISSP or CISM are an advantage.

• At least 8 years of experience in the field of cybersecurity, including 5 years in management positions

• Strong knowledge of information security and cyber risk management methodologies.

• Familiarity with technological infrastructure, cloud environments, and security challenges.

• Proven experience in leading complex projects in multidisciplinary environments.

• Excellent analytical and communication skills including the ability to explain technical topics to senior executives

• Ability to define and enforce organizational cybersecurity policies.

• Deep understanding of current information security technologies and industry trends.

• Proven experience in writing guidance documents and dictating policies for implementing compliance in

information security products
