Parents Against Child Detention (PACD) is searching for a passionate and skilled Executive Director to lead our organization and advocate for the protection and rights of children. This is a unique opportunity to spearhead meaningful change and make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advocacy for children’s rights with a strong focus on a human-centered approach.
• Engagement with policymakers and other relevant stakeholders.
• Project management and collaboration with civil society organizations.
• Experience in public engagement, including writing position papers and representing the organization in forums and discussions.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English (additional fluency in Arabic is a plus).
• Strong organizational and creative problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with social and cultural networks – an advantage.
• Team leadership, staff management, and volunteer coordination.

Position Details:

• The position is part-time until June 2025, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time role thereafter.
