About The Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be a key player in designing, developing, and maintaining robust data pipelines and infrastructure that support our Data Science department. This position offers the opportunity to work with modern technologies in a dynamic production environment, contributing directly to scalable, data-driven solutions that drive business impact.

Responsibilities

• Design, Build, and maintain efficient, scalable data pipelines, ETLs and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Data Science, BI,business users and Product teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.
• Work with a modern data stack, including Databricks, Snowflake, DBT, Airflow, and AWS services.
• Monitor, debug, and optimize data pipelines to ensure high availability and performance.
• Develop and implement processes for data validation, transformation, and loading from diverse sources.
• Take ownership of projects, managing them from concept to deployment.
• Actively contribute to improving the team’s practices, tools, and processes.
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years as a Data Engineer or similar role.
• Proven expertise in Python.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for data manipulation.
• Familiarity with monitoring and debugging data pipelines in production environments.
• Experience with data pipeline orchestration systems, such as Airflow.
• Familiarity with cloud-based environments, particularly AWS.
• A team-oriented, proactive individual with a passion for data and problem-solving.
• An enthusiastic, fast-learning, team-oriented, and motivated individual who loves working with data.
  
  

Advantages

• Familiarity with data modeling and transformation frameworks like DBT.
• Knowledge of Databricks, Snowflake, or other data platforms
• Excellent coding skills in Python.
• Proficiency in data manipulation libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
