Quality Assurance Manager - Food Company (3221)

Responsibilities:

• Define, maintain, and manage the safety and quality of the company's food products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Oversee and manage analytical and laboratory testing to ensure accurate and reliable results.
• Organize and schedule all quality operations within the factory, ensuring efficient and timely execution of quality control processes.

Requirements:

• A B.Sc. degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Biotechnology Engineering, or equivalent.
• A strong understanding of food safety and quality assurance principles.
• Demonstrated experience of at least 2 years in managing food safety systems within a production facility.
• Experience working closely with production workers, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating quality standards and procedures.
