Responsibilities:

Define, maintain, and manage the safety and quality of the company's food products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Oversee and manage analytical and laboratory testing to ensure accurate and reliable results.
Organize and schedule all quality operations within the factory, ensuring efficient and timely execution of quality control processes.

Requirements:

A B.Sc. degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Biotechnology Engineering, or equivalent.
A strong understanding of food safety and quality assurance principles.
Demonstrated experience of at least 2 years in managing food safety systems within a production facility.
Experience working closely with production workers, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating quality standards and procedures.
