We are looking for a Business Analytics Lead to join our Strategy team. In this role, you will analyze business trends, develop strategic insights, and support leadership in making data-informed decisions. You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify new growth opportunities and optimize existing strategies, helping us achieve our long-term business goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the company’s center of excellence for analytics, providing expert guidance to departments on performance measurement and tracking and acting as the go-to authority on analytic best practices.
• Analyze company performance metrics and interpret complex data to valuable insights for identifying opportunities for growth and operational efficiency.
• Create clear, concise reports and presentations for senior leadership to track performance against strategic goals and suggest adjustments.
• Proactively identifying areas of opportunity and providing recommendations for process improvements to drive business performance.
• Work closely with teams across the company to get insights and embed in the organization, to drive results, being an ambassador of the company objectives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of strategic programs through data excellence
  
  

• 5-7 years of experience in analytical role, such as Analytics, management consulting, VC, strategy team, or a related field, preferably in a B2B SaaS industry.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data sets, extract actionable insights, and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in modeling, forecasting, and data visualization.
• Familiar with data analysis and visualization tools including Excel, Tableau, & Salesforce.
• Experience in project management and process optimization.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
