We seek a Senior Product Designer to define and manage a scalable design system for our flagship CRM and unify design patterns across our suite of products. This role combines systems thinking, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional user experiences at scale.

What You Will Do

• Design system ownership
• Define, build, and maintain a robust design system tailored to the CRM, ensuring it scales across Phenom’s suite of products
• Establish and document processes for contributions, updates, and versioning to ensure consistency and reliability
• Leverage data and user insights to inform design system decisions and ensure solutions meet user and business needs
• Pattern formulation & Alignment
• Identify shared design and interaction patterns across Phenom’s products and align them under a unified design and experience framework
• Create reusable design solutions that address cross-product challenges, balancing flexibility with consistency
• Collaboration & advocacy
• Work closely with designers, engineers, and product managers to promote system adoption and ensure alignment with user needs.
• Act as an advocate for the design system, driving awareness and understanding of its value across the organization.
  
  

What You've Done

• 5+ years of experience in product design
• Proven hands-on experience in developing, managing, and scaling design systems for complex, multi-product environments
• Knowledge with accessibility, we design for all people
• Understanding working with “out of the box” design systems (MUI, PrimeNG, etc.)
• Experience identifying and aligning design patterns across multiple products to create a cohesive experience
• Proficient in using data and user insights to guide design decisions and validate outcomes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams, including global developers and product managers
• Understanding of front-end development and CSS frameworks
• Figma master
