How you’ll spend your day:

Management Reporting

Fulfill required management reporting to site management, TGO (global and regional), and Corporate Finance, ensuring relevant, accurate, timely, complete and compliant reporting.

Planning & Forecasting:

Facilitate the overall annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes of the site according to global guidelines. Compile, analyze, submit and present production output and value, headcount, expenses, material variances, capital expenditure, inventory, KPIs and other relevant financial information.

Analyze and monitor site performance by comparing actuals vs. annual plan and forecasts; control and oversee all of the site financials to ensure alignment between planned and actual performance.

Product Costing:

Calculate reliable, complete, timely and comprehensive standard costs for all new and existing products manufactured or/ and packed at site. Understand the results and provide insightful explanation of year over year variances.

Provide comprehensive variance analysis of standard costs for different reporting scenarios in order to identify opportunities to increase efficiency and improve financial performance, as well as to enhance accuracy and transparency of product cost calculations.

Capital Expenditure, Inventory & Fixed Asset Management:

Enable effective management of site's capital expenditure, inventory and fixed assets.

• Evaluate capital expenditure requests with regard to return on investment
• Provide accurate and timely financial reporting on individual projects and consolidated level compared to approved budgets.

Your experience and qualifications:

• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Accounting required
• At least 3-5 Proven working experience in financial planning and analysis in an industrial company preferably in pharmaceutical industry
• Good understanding of Teva's financial/ accounting processes - advantage
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
• Thrive in a dynamic environment with tight timelines and multiple deliverables
• Ability to work independently and under pressure with many interfaces
• Demonstrated advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent analytical, communication and presentational skills
• Advanced experience with Hyperion and SAP preferred
