CRM System Admin

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead, design, implement and integrate the most advanced and effective CRM system for our Revenue team.

Lemonade has committed to meeting ambitious growth goals—in this role, you’ll design and implement the most effective set of revenue platforms to help us reach those goals. Reporting to the Head of Business Applications, in this role you’ll help improve our existing platforms and implement new tools using best in class AI and Automations.

In this role you’ll:

• Design, enhance and maintain our Hubspot CRM, maintaining data integrity and consistency
• Identify and implement opportunities for streamlining workflows and enhancing CRM usage to align with company objectives
• Analyze diverse data sets to develop innovative projects aimed at boosting revenue
• Assist in planning revenue-generating campaigns targeting new partners and fostering partnerships
• Implement rigorous data quality controls to enhance reporting and analysis capabilities
• Oversee system maintenance and upgrades, and propose enhancements
• Foster cross-departmental synergy by establishing seamless workflows and processes
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers to ensure seamless integration with our product
• Work alongside InfoSec to manage security roles, profiles, permissions, and automation for CRM users
• Promote and drive CRM best practices and user adoption through training, updated materials, and effective communication of tips and tricks

What you’ll need:

• 3+ years of managing a CRM, required
• Ability to understand and internalize LMND’s business strategy and goals so all work leverages this knowledge
• Strong command of CRM platforms including: HubSpot, Monday.com, and Salesforce
• In-depth experience with marketing and AI automation platforms
• Proven experience in system integrations, particularly using APIs
• Expertise in data quality management and reporting using best practices and tools
• Superior verbal and written communication skills in English; adept at engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across all levels
• Ability to manage projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly master new systems and technologies.
• Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week
