Full stack Team Leader (AI Data Platform)

About the position:

We’re growing and we need experienced engineers to help us grow faster and better. Most of the work is expected to be backend, but a very unique and complex one. There are scale & performance challenges to tackle and the development of innovative and exciting tools.

You will be responsible for leading a team of 5-6 developers at the core platform capabilities, and collaborate with Product, Architecture, Operation and Customer success teams. You will have an e2e responsibility for design implementation and quality; Educate and support team members technical and career growth objectives through training, leadership development, opportunities, challenges and mentorship; Be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and success of complex technical projects.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering
• 4+ years of experience leading a cross-functional & offshore team
• 5+ years of experience developing node.js services
• 4+ years of working with SQL DBs
• 4+ years of working with Kafka/RabbitMQ
• Proven track record developing large-scale solutions, including software design and development, database architectures, security, and performance tuning
• Experience with iterative or Agile methodologies and techniques; Scrum, Kanban, or Lean-based approaches to software delivery
• Strong debugging, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Adherence to coding standards and attention to efficiency
