- Job Description:
- Management and coordination of all production activities in the electrification and mechanical project.
- Supervision of subcontractors, work teams, and on-site production processes.
- Planning and control of schedules, budgets, and execution quality.
- Working with various interfaces, including engineering, procurement, logistics, and quality.
- Real-time problem-solving and process improvement
- Requirements:
- Industrial Engineering or Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering degree.
- 3-5 years of experience in production management or similar projects.
- Proficiency in Office software, AutoCAD, and MS Project.
- High level of English (B2/C1).
- Experience working with subcontractors and managing diverse teams.
