Help Desk Specialist

We're looking for an experienced Help Desk Support Specialist to join our Team in Tel Aviv. You’ll be providing onsite support at our office as well as remote assistance for the wider region.

Your main tasks will involve resolving technical issues, Troubleshoot IT related issues, Supporting Macs , upgrades, repairs, and backups, ensuring smooth tech operations daily.

You will need:

• Two or more years of Help Desk IT support experience
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Experience supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems and applications
• Experience supporting Apple Macintosh operating systems and applications
• Experience with Active Directory and/or Okta
• Experience using JAMF, Solarwinds, and similar platforms
• Networks and troubleshooting
