About The Role

Contribute and lead to the organizations Corporate Secured solutions architecture throughout project lifecycle (Business Development, Design, Development, Ongoing operations). Ensure security solution meets business and technical needsMaintain the organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information security.

• Work closely with Pagaya׳s Engineering team, and team members within the security group to ensure cross business view.
• Leading microservices security (Agenda, Contaier Security Platform, CI/CD integrations etc.)
• CI/CD Security & design (Infrastructure & security tools)
• New applications security technical evaluation (general & security)
• Ongoing support to improve access controls to the organization’s Crown Jewels
• Creation of best security practices for our different platforms supporting their implementation and validating their effectiveness.
• Guiding and leading our application security program, with focus on secure development in cloud environment, focusing on app security stack (SAST, SCA, IaC and CWP).
• Ensuring and validating Pagaya meets highest security KPI׳s defined by management and the cyber security team.
  
  

Requirements

• 7+ years of proven experience in information Security with at least 3 years in cyber architecture or similar roles.
• In-depth knowledge in cloud infrastructure and application security practices.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD processes, technologies and security tools
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, Amazon ECS, Kubernetes, Serverless and AI related solutions.
• Expertise in one of the main Cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), AWS preferred
• Experience with G Suite (workspace), OKTA and AWS cloud security native solutions – Advantage.
• Proven experience in defining security requirements, designing security architectures
• Information security and cyber security experience
• Hands-on experience with Linux distributions including one or more for the following: Ubuntu, CentOS/RHEL, Amazon Linux
• Security-related certifications (CISSP, CCSP, CCSK, etc.) – Advantage
• Knowledge of compliances (PCI DSS, Sox, DPA, etc.) and IS standards (ISO 27001, BS25999, ISO 2700X, OWASP, CIS, etc.)
• Contribution to public projects - advantage (GitHub link)
• Development experience, 2 years development team member or talented scriptologist – advantage
• Team player, Eager to constant knowledge acquisition and sharing this knowledge with peers
• Good communication skills in English, written and verbal
• Passion to know the root-cause and not to accept things as granted
