Who Are We?

A leading E-Commerce company is seeking a talented Systems Analyst to join our Information Systems Department! The role involves working with a wide variety of systems across the organization, supporting cross-organizational business processes, collaborating with specification teams, core systems, and interfaces – all within a dynamic and challenging environment.

What Will the Role Include?

• Writing specification documents at both High Level and Detail Design levels.
• Analyzing complex systems and cross-organizational business processes.
• Defining and implementing system interfaces.
• Collaborating with development teams, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Participating in diverse projects beyond CRM and digital systems.

Position Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in systems analysis.
• Proficiency in writing specification documents and interface design.
• Familiarity with and experience working with core systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Advantages include:
